Yar Khan Consulting LLC offers digital strategy roadmap development, digital transformation leadership and change management, agile and DevOps coaching, process optimization, speaking and workshops and other related services. Fees for services will be outlined in the engagement agreement. Payment is due as specified in the agreement, and late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to terminate services if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Yar Khan Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services provided.

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as outlined in the specific service agreement. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which Yar Khan Consulting LLC is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of that state.

9. Changes to Terms
Yar Khan Consulting LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
